FAQ

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. shipping within the United States is free. International shipping is estimated depending on the destination country.

How will my print be shipped?
Most prints are inserted in a protective, cellophane bag, inserted in a strong mailing tube and sent via UPS or USPS.

Do prints come framed?
No. Because frames come in so many different colors and styles, you are best to decide on your individual preference.

What size are the original drawings?
All original drawings are 18” x 24”

What pencils are used?
Faber-Castell polychromos pencils. These oil-based (rather than wax based) pencils come in a wide range of colors and allow for easy blending and mixing of tones.

I am interested in a 30” x 40” print. Will the detail still hold up at that size? With the larger prints, the texture of the colored pencil on the paper will be more visible. However, unless you are really close, holding your nose directly on the print, the realism effect from a normal viewing distance will be just as dramatic.

How long will it take to get my print?
It usually takes between 7-14 days, as each print is personally monitored for detail and color accuracy. Additionally, each print is signed by the artist.

Can I purchase an original drawing?
If you are interested in owning any of the original drawings, please contact the artist to discuss details.

Will my print be signed?
Yes. All prints are signed by the artist.

What paper is used for the prints?
Epson Legacy cold press fine art paper, 19ml in thickness. This is a bright white, archival, acid free paper with a light texture.

What process is used to make my print?
All prints are the highest quality, fine art Giclee prints. Unlike traditional methods that use dye- based inks, Giclees, an ink-jet process, use a much larger number of pigment-based inks, allowing for the reproduction of a wider spectrum of colors and color accuracy. Giclee prints match original works far better than virtually any other print format.

How long will my print last?
Because of the museum quality inherent in Giclee prints, your print should last well over 100 years without fading.

Can I commission an original work?
If you have a particular candy, snack or object with which you have a personal connection (childhood, romance, parents, etc.) you can commission an original drawing done to your specifications.

What is your refund policy?
Should you have a problem of any kind with your print and are not completely satisfied, undamaged prints can be returned for a full refund. As the original shipping was completely free, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping back to the artist.
